Light rehab and repositioning of 15,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse/retail building, located in South Congress district, one of fastest growth submarkets in Austin.

 

Nordic Realty Partners purchased 3922 Woodbury Drive, comprised of one 5,000 SF retail and eight 1,250 SF flex/workshop spaces, in July 2019. The property is located in the middle of "hip" South Austin and the South Congress corridor (SoCo), one of the best emerging creative districts in the city, and was acquired off-market at a low cost basis with deferred maintenance and below market in-place rents. Following acquisition, Nordic implemented a substantial value-add program with renovations and tenant improvements. After successfully repositioning and re-tenanting, Nordic exited the project in June 2020.
