Established in 2012, Nordic Realty Partners, its principals, and affiliates have invested and managed assets on behalf of its investors through a series of individual real estate limited partnerships ranging in size from $1 million to $20 million.

Nordic has built a track record of success by investing in value-add and opportunistic projects.

The Nordic principals have extensive experience sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing and operating commercial real estate investments. 

Collectively, the firm’s senior professionals have an average of nearly 18 years of experience in the real estate industry with leading investment management companies and investment banks.

Nordic Realty Partners is a basis-driven investment firm targeting high growth markets and capital deprived opportunities within those markets. Our investment objective is to preserve capital and create long-term value for our investors through hands-on operational engagement and tactical equity capital.

Nordic focuses on delivering the best risk-adjusted returns rather than solely absolute returns. Mitigation of downside risks is a key component of ensuring the delivery of superior long-term risk-adjusted returns. Nordic’s emphasis is on capital preservation; we are willing to forgo some upside to ensure downside risk is mitigated.
