Nordic Realty Partners purchased the vacant office/warehouse building located at 9900 Durand Avenue in February 2019 from a long-term owner user. Located on Hwy 11, 9900 Durand Avenue is located in close proximity to the Foxconn manufacturing campus. 9900 Durand Avenue consists of roughly 25% class B+ office and 75% warehouse space. Nordic executed a value-add renovation program shortly after acquisition, first re-positioning, then leasing and stabilizing the project and closing a sale in September 2022.
