Light rehab and repositioning of 78,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse business park, with small bay, 25' clear height, industrial suites, located 10 minutes from Downtown Austin.

 

Nordic Realty Partners acquired 9709 Brown Lane off-market from a local seller in February 2019. Located 10 minutes from the CBD in one of the last “low cost” last-mile industrial submarkets in Austin, the asset was under-managed, with deferred maintenance and below market in-place rents. Following acquisition, Nordic implemented a substantial value-add program with renovations and tenant improvements. After successfully repositioning and re-tenanting, Nordic exited the project in June 2020.
